When a house is being handed back or put on the market, the inside usually gets a thorough clean and the outside gets forgotten. Then the property manager or the buyer walks up a black driveway, past grubby eaves and a mouldy front wall. The outside is the first thing they see.
We clean the parts that show: the driveway, the front paths and entry, and the front walls and eaves. Concrete gets a surface cleaner for an even finish. Walls and eaves get a low pressure soft wash so the paint is left alone. It is the same work we do on any job, booked around your move-out date, inspection or photo day.
We send you photos when the job is finished. Tenants can keep them with their own records for the bond, though the bond itself is between you and your landlord or agent. Property managers and landlords can book us directly and we will arrange access with you.

How much does an end of lease or pre-sale exterior clean cost?
A driveway on its own starts from $180, a driveway and front paths from $300, and our kerb appeal package (driveway, paths and a soft wash of the front of the house) from $550. Send a few photos and we can usually quote the same day.
Can you get it done before my inspection date?
Tell us your date when you book and we will do our best to fit it in. We'll tell you straight away if we can't make your date, so you have time to sort something else.
Will this help me get my bond back?
We can't promise anything about your bond, as that is between you, your landlord and the agent. What we can do is clean the outside properly and send you photos of the finished job to keep with your own records.
Can property managers book you directly?
Yes. Property managers and landlords can book us directly. Let us know how to arrange access and who should receive the photos and the invoice.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach an outside tap and the driveway is clear of cars. We send photos when we finish.
Can you remove oil stains from a rental driveway?
We treat oil stains as part of the job and most fade a long way. Old stains that have soaked deep into the concrete may not disappear completely, and we will tell you that before we start.
Do you clean inside the house?
No. We only clean outside. You will need a separate cleaner for the inside of the property.
How far ahead of the photos or inspection should I book?
Booking a week or so ahead gives the most choice of days. Concrete is usually dry within a few hours in good weather, so the day before a photo shoot or inspection is fine.
