How much does path and patio cleaning cost?
Paths or a small patio start from $150, pool surrounds from $200, and a patio plus paths from $220. Larger areas, lots of steps or heavy staining change the price, and a few photos let us quote quickly.
Will cleaning make my paths less slippery?
Removing mould and algae takes away the slimy layer that makes wet surfaces slippery, so most paths are noticeably safer afterwards. Growth will return over time in shaded spots, which is why regular cleaning helps.
Will you wash the sand out of my paver joints?
Some loose joint sand can move during any clean, so we keep the pressure appropriate and work across the joints carefully. If joints are already open or badly weeded, we will point that out so you can have them re-sanded.
Is it safe to clean around the pool?
Yes. We direct water away from the pool where possible, use treatments suited to the area, and take care around coping, fencing and pool equipment.
Can you clean natural stone and sandstone?
Yes, with lower pressure and extra care, because soft stone can mark if it is cleaned too hard. We check the surface first and adjust the method to suit.
Do I need to move my outdoor furniture?
It helps if you clear small items, but we can move furniture and pot plants where it is practical and put them back afterwards.
